Multidisciplinary Experiences for Undergraduates!
The Multidisciplinary Experiences for Undergraduates (MEU) program is offered through the College of Engineering and the office of Engineering Student Services and Academic Programs (ESSAP) at Texas A&M University. The program is designed to offer undergraduate engineering students an opportunity to engage in multidisciplinary team projects that provide experiential learning thru real world projects, allows students to acquire engineering skills beyond their major by interacting with students from other engineering majors, and provides professional development that better prepares them for their engineering careers.
Engineering faculty support the student team with technical guidance and mentoring while industry/government engineers provide additional support through regular interactions with the students. Each team project is designed for one academic year and projects may continue for several years.
